Zach did an excellent job. However, more communication between underwriting and the doc drawer was needed as the doc drawer couldn’t seem to locate documents underwriting supposedly provided.

I had very little communication with Zachary Moto, I don't even know who that is. I mostly dealt with a lady named Jessica and I'm not sure that they work for the same company.

Zach made everything easy to understand and made it tangible for me being a first time home buyer.
