Victoria made the process easy and answered all of our questions. The fact that NAF will service our loan for the life of the loan, and that there is a refinance guarantee made us very happy.

The communication was great! If I ever had questions they would always answer their point. They worked really hard to get me into this house, even with as snags among the way they always stayed positive and did a great job!
