Valentina and her team were very helpful and quick to respond, and went above and beyond to lock us in to a great rate. Couldn't recommend her enough.
Valentina was always available to answer questions and helped make the process incredibly smooth.
Quick seamless communication. Having such direct access makes a huge difference when it comes to making sure that you get to closing without a hitch!
I think I would tell people to shop around and choose a credit union or a place that doesn't have as many fees.
