Closing was held up 15 days due to the lender not getting all buyer documents and information before going to underwriting. The closing lasted over 3 hours after being delayed hours because the underwriter still need more information.

He is nice man. He is easy to discuss. He is willing to help and explain me with all kind questions I did not know. I am satisfied with his service overall!
