    Communication was solid, Tom worked the numbers with me until I was happy, it was a double contingent close and he made sure I understood exsctly what I was getting into.

    Everyone I worked with here was so kind and helpful. I was looking to purchase my first home and Tom walked me through everything so great. I was very nervous but Tom coached me and was there for me every step of the way!
