Was able to get a good rate at a time when rates were not so good. The process was smooth and I was never concerned we would not make it to close.
I think everything was pretty good, the setback was due to the time difference it slowed down the closing. Also the money took a while to fund,I didn't care for that,but Skipton was very proffesional and a decent communicator
