Shelby is amazing and walked me through the whole process. I would recommend him again over builder’s loan officers. Having a house built is stressful but Shelby didn’t break a sweat at all and made the process super easy.

Thanks for your feedback Lisa. We only needed the contract corrected to reflect the correct amounts due on the contract as they weren't accurate; I'm sorry that wasn't explained to you sufficiently. We are an in-state lender located in Florida. FHA Manufactured Home loans are more complex than most and do have a lot of requirements, thank you for your help in getting our mutual client to the finish line.
