The Orion Team was great in working with us on a somewhat difficult file.

Overall the team is great. My only critic would be that when I ask a scenario question, I don't really get a response as quickly as I'd like, within 24 hours. But if I do have the loan file in the pipeline and in UW queue then this has helped....
