    It was great getting to meet and work with you on this new purchase. The result of a great experience is due in part to borrowers like you and Ken, who always got me whatever we needed that day, and felt comfortable asking any questions that came to mind. In todays world borrowers need to be informed as to the process and why's of a transaction. You were both wonderful to work with and hope you enjoy your new home!

    They sold our loan to another company. That other company sent us the bill but cannot answer our questions because transfer is incomplete untl next month. We are trying to get a hold of our summit team, no one responds to calls and emails anymore. N...read more

    How much work and the length of time Ron put in to ensuring we closed on time and made all the underwriters happy was amazing! He went completely above and beyond for us.
