Prelim CD was not released in a timely manner-held up for minor reasons and delayed closing which cost the borrower an extra $4400 at closing. AE is very kind until you question anything and then becomes condescending and argumentative....downright...

Caryn is an incredible AE. She is on top of all of her files and has excellent response times when I try to reach out to her. Looking forward to working with her again!

Bryan was a huge help! Love him.
