    Good morning Abel, I received your review this morning and I would like to both apologize and thank you for it. Here at Churchill Mortgage, we pride ourselves in customer relations. It is (in my opinion) the greatest thing about this organization. The twist and turns throughout your loan process was nothing short of me not having the knowledge, being in new territory, and learning throughout the process. While I have done more refinances than I can count, I have never refinanced a newly placed triple wide on a piece of land. Without there being an original note for the triple wide, that is what caused the loan to have to change from a standard refinance, to a “Cash out refinance”. Once this change happened, it was brought to my attention that you cannot due a 30 year fixed cash out refinance on a manufactured home (a quirky law – but a law nonetheless that I should have known). That is what made us change it from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year mortgage. Again, had I been up to date on these things, none of these twists and turns would have caught either of us off guard. I sincerely apologize for my lack of knowledge here, and am grateful that I now have it in my back pocket. In regards to the lack of communication… I have been fortunate enough to have an influx in business. Which is great for me career wise, but when I fail to give my clients the level of service that Churchill Mortgage prides itself on, its damaging to everyone. Please forgive me and please accept my sincerest apology for this. Your review was truthful, it was to the point, and it was humbling (to say the least). Thank you for your honesty and thank you for this wakeup call. I am deeply sorry you did not receive the Churchill experience that you and your family deserve – I take full ownership of that. I hope this email finds you well, and I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me – though it’s not warranted. I am still here to answer questions and serve you in any capacity that I can.
