Rachel was so easy to work with, communicated very well with me, very knowledgeable in her area of expertise and I do believe she had my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend using her and Gum Tree Mortgage to anyone.

I would rate the overall experience a positive one. The only issue we had was that the dollar amount that we needed to bring to closing kept changing and that made the process very stressful. But overall all I would refer friends and family...
