Lack of communication made the transaction difficult. Interest rates not getting locked in, and having to send paperwork to multiple people.
Great person to work with
Pete is always easy to deal with, responsive to not just me, but to the clients as well!
No issues, and good communication. That's all us Agents can ask for, and Pete did just that!!
We had an issue headed to closing and he was able to keep everyone calm as we worked though it and still closed on time.
