Pam was Great. The underwriter was not so good. This person cannot even read a paystub properly. Really, went through the ringer with the underwriter and do not understand questioning 150 christmas gift by employer. There is more but I am sure...

Pam has went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process and was able to answer all of my questions through out the entire journey.
