Carlos was not meeting timelines. And there was not good communication. Also he would say things that should not be said to customers.

Buying a home is too complicated and the process is too tedious. From a client experience it should be smoother and more streamlined. Underwriting has too strict guidelines that are borderline unrealistic. I know this is not an AFN issue but...
