She was very knowledgeable. She cared about us she treated us like we were important people. She found us the lowest interest rate available. She answered questions and was truly available and definitely will recommend Melissa .

If you had a option for "outstanding" I would have chosen that one. Melissa was amazing at keeping me in the loop all along the way. I've never had that experience.
