Mishandled/misplaced documentation resulted in multiple duplicate document requests... promise for reimbursement of appraisal fee never materialized. Fee was applied to closing docs...which is normal procedure...however, was NOT, in fact, reimbursed...

Easy process, thorough explanation of options, use of e-docs to speed the process, sent notaries to our house at our convenience for mandatory wet -signatures. Overall very painless refi.

It is a bit inconvenient doing part one in person and I’m sure that causes an unnecessary expense passed on to the customer. This may not be a Sean Tate issue but it was inconvenient for me. Email would have been just fine.
