Better communication. Adam was difficult to get ahold of and did not always respond in a timely manner. I believe documents were lost as I had to provide the same things several times and they asked me to backdate a form. Our closing was delayed...

It seemed like our paperwork was lost. The day of closing they were asking for the same paperwork again. It pushed our closing off by 2 days. We were frustrated and so was the seller and realtor.
