Kim was there to promptly answer all of our questions in a way we could easily understand as first-time homebuyers. She was very helpful and did everything she could to get us the best rate!

More up front on closing information not waiting until week before to inform of closing cost difference.

We do not use computers and it was confusing for us and we could not talk to anybody face to face. We had all our paperwork and there should have been paperwork ready for us. Our phone was giving us trouble and we were treated like dummies....
