RUN. The other reviews on this page are 100% on the spot. The worst lender experience I have ever had. Literally were told on closing day that the loan could not be done. Lost earnest money.

Awful experience. Pierce lacked basic communication skills and cost me over $2500 because he couldn't close my loan on time, as he promised. You'd be better off fending for yourself with rocket mortgage.
