Josh is a great communicator. The closed this loan a week early. It made it great for the seller as they were leaving for Europe the following week. Josh just got it done and I love that.
The process went smooth, fast. Kris and his team answered all my questions in timely manner and helped with every aspect of getting the lean approved.

Josh is so easy to communicate with

He coordinated the loan and made the sale a success.
The transaction was smooth, and both the client and I were well informed throughout.
Scott was on top of everything. What he did in 2 weeks would have taken another company a month or two to accomplish. He is amazing and would work with him again. Once you work with him you will not want to work with anyone else!!
