The response was fast and cordial, my only sugestion is that double check the data you are sending to the customers because we need to make some changes during the process because some information was not there, but overall great service.
There was a lot of back and forward with some information that was provided since the beginning, just attention to detail on legal documents will be my feedback.
Pam was diligent and honest throughout the process. She prepared us always for worst case scenarios so when things did come together we were always relieved in the best way. It’s been a pleasure.
Jane and Matt were very knowledgeable on explaining the entire loan process. They kept me on track on everything that was required in order to make this as smooth as process as possible.
Assistant with patient and care contacts was on point and phone calls was pleasant I mean this team was great Thanks again
