Big lack of communication (hard to get ahold of someone), letting stuff fall through the cracks, etc.
Brett, Kurtis and Kym were exceptional to work with. They communicated well, answered all our questions and made the process convenient for our busy lives. We are so pleased to have had the opportunity to work with them again.
