Joe was punctual, we had 2 other options and another lender who we had been working with before new American funding took days to get an email or a phone call back, Joe was on his game and had quotes within a day . Simple punctual customer...

From the beginning Anthony was amazing, caring and knowledgeable. Educating us how the different loans worked and advising us on what loan worked best for our family. He took the time to get to know us and showed us he cared about our situation....

Communication between lender / recorder and seller is marginal. Seller/ Lender did not communicate well with Real State Representative / Broker. Requested additional name to the property was not followed during recording.
