Debbie is always prompt in extinguishing fires before they become a major problem causing a delay in a closing. Buyers are always very happy with her through out the loan process.

Very smooth transaction. Every step was clearly communicated. Sometimes it can be difficult to work with out-of-state lenders but that was not the case here. Thanks a bunch!
