Actually we worked with Jim through our local Synergy One lender because of the type of loan (rehab). We would likely stay with our local contact, Mary Tillery.

Changing loan directions after we had to decide not to do a renovation/build to a VA loan was very quick and easy.
Jim was very helpful throughout our very lengthy process of changes in plans (literal plans at one stage)
