We only communicated with Sylma towards the end of the loan. Thus, have very minimal interaction. However, the experience completing the loan was not very efficient. We were asked for the same documents multiple times, taking valuable time...

It was a pleasure working with Diamond and team. The customer service was excellent and a quick response to every concern I had. Thank you all once again.
