Very friendly and well informed. They were more then willing to go over everything with me and even sent me detailed emails of our conversation so I had written reference to go back too while looking for a home!
Joe was very on top of the ball when it come see if the condo was FHA approved and when that unfortunately fall through he had a back up plan and made convention less scary/impossable. He went over everything with me and even sent me emails...
