Abbie took the time to make sure there was no surprises. Abbie is an excellent communicator and made sure to line up all the documents promptly. Abbie gives sound advice, is very friendly, helpful, and prompt.

Shannon and her team were very knowledgeable and would patiently explain anything we didn’t fully comprehend. Also, they were always quick to respond to questions.
Shannon ans her staff planned out my loan so i had the best possible interest rate and no mortgage insurance. They communicated with me regularly about what steps I needed to take for the progress of the loan.

Shannon was an excellent communicator and it was the easiest Refinance I've ever experienced. I highly recommend her to anyone!
