Return calls, do things timely and answer questions when asked. Lack of follow through cost us a lot of extra money.

Stephen was extremely personable and knowledgeable, and we ended up with a great mortgage that fit our needs. Barb on his team was also very prompt and helpful. Documentation was a bear, but I think that is typical.

Stephen did not listen to my requests to process paper application. I don't have a printer and he repeatedly sent ne tasks over emails. I am a real estate attorney and I won't refer any borrowers to him.
