So sorry that you were not communicated with more frequently during this transaction. Maybe if I had you would know all that Tara, myself and my team went thru to get this loan approved. For that I apologize.
I was introduced to Ms. Jackson because other lender(s) were not able to get her approved. I told her I was in it for the long haul and meant it.
With her pay getting cut, scores dropping, having to pay off debt to qualify, having to rescore credit to qualify and my addional $1500 lender credit to get the assets needed to close there were many up and down emotional feelings shared by all.
As you can see with my previous surveys I take my job of 30 years very seriously and provide the best service possible.
I will learn from your below survey and apply it moving forward.
