We were in contract, and another lender was handling the loan, a few days before the COE , the lender communicated that they could not finance our client (after being pre-qualified). TJ took over the loan, and made it happen within a few days...

Helped save this purchase FHA. Previous lender asked for debt to be paid and pulled their approval and grant. We made it happen, I love being a hero.
She was very promt responding and updating the status of her client's loan.
