I enjoyed the emailed updates. My Clients had just been burned by a potential Buyer that was NOT pre-approved like she stated, so it was such a relief to my Clients and me getting the updates from Ms. Holliday!

She was very professional and pleasant. She was patient with me when dealing with my disabled husband. She basically held my hand and lifted my spirits when I had doubt. She was a jewel and will recommend her to everyone.
