I'm sorry that you had a negative experience during your mortgage experience with me. As I had previously done another loan for you, I was shocked to learn this. The Closing Costs that were provided to you on your Initial Disclosures, three weeks prior to closing, were actually a little more than what your actual costs were. When we locked the loan and I spoke with your husband at great length, I re-disclosed to you both and you reviewed the new Estimate of Costs for two days. This was two weeks prior to the closing. You and I had a lengthy conversation regarding the costs as well. As a side note, I had gone to management and procured a 50 basis point reduction in costs for you when we locked your rate. This was a savings of $2,775. Lastly, the comment that you shared from your realtor just is not anything that I have experienced with my clients. I would stand our fees and interest rates up to any of our competition in Yamhill County. Again, I'm sorry that you feel that your experience was negative. I'm happy that we could close your home for you a week early and I hope that you enjoy your new home.
