Lots of hands involved- and Sergio wanted more and more information and asked some of the same questions repeatedly. But over all it was a positive experience. I would have preferred to work with one person throughout the process.

I would say my one complaint would be that the amount of documents requested (sometimes multiple times, same documents) by the under writers was a bit excessive. overall thought everything went well. Madhu is great!

Felt like it took longer than it should have. I was told in the beginning that I would be approved for a certain amount. So I went out and put an offer on a house just to find out then i would not be approved for the loan with out a co signer...
