It took too long to close. My understanding is that the communication between my loan officer and Spring EQ could have been much better.

I applied one month. Received nothing but emails for the next 40+ days until the last week before closing. First ween I submitted multiples of the same documents that were uploaded on my profile where I initially applied. Days without response....
