    The level of enthusiasm was a big part. He genuinely wanted to help us. That's hard to find these days. It felt like a friend was giving us the information and guidance we needed to make the best decision on our refinance.

    Micheal was always available to answer any questions I had even on the weekends. If he was in a meeting he would send a text letting me know it would get back with us as soon as he could. Great customer service, very personable.
