A home loan is certainly not the easiest process, but the team is committed to making it as efficient as possible. I’m elated to hear you had a good experience!
The Go Mortgage portal was at times confusing, kept asking for the same documents to be uploaded, multiple times. the service Luke provided was good, the portal was very furstrating.

Thanks for the info John! I will forward the concerns to management about the portal! I know sometimes it can be a struggle getting the right documents to the processor!
