We had A LOT of questions being first time home buyers. Kobe kindly answered all of our questions at all hours of the day. Kobe called the sellers and put a good word in for us and ultimately landed us the first home we put an offer in on.

Went very smoothly and I did not have to tack don answers or guess what was going on. Made my job easier.
Kobe answered my questions, was easy to communicate with and was basically holding my hand through the entire process- even showed up at my closing.
I was the listing agent so I did not have a lot of contact with Kobe. When I had a contact, I reached out to him or the processor for an update, he returned call within 48 hours.

Strong communication, the lender was honest so my buyer knew what to expect and it match what I was educating and guiding her to do. It helps when everyone is on the same page.
