When previously going this process with our team and receiving 5-star service and advice, we were in a time of a stable market and now we are all faced with unpredictability. We do our best to expertly advise our clients and guide them through challenging environments. Given the lock cancellations on previous properties that did not work out due to challenging inspections, our best advice at that time was to await your inspection period to be sure this property was a fit for you. Unfortunately, we could not have predicted such a rapidly increasing market but did advise you to lock in immediately as we cleared inspections and could see the severe trend upwards. If we would not have acted so quickly in that moment, only a few days later you would have seen a rate .5% higher. Because of your continued loyalty, we were able to lock a rate that was well below the market at that time. We pride ourselves on our service but cannot control the interest rate a volatile market creates. We thank you for continuing to be a loyal Eustis client.
