    Joe was patient and looked at multiple homes prior to purchasing one. He communicated well and was punctual with visits and responses.

    Joe is so intuitive and is on top of his game. He made me feel important and valued my opinion. I felt very comfortable around him and he seemed to really take some of the pressure off of the whole relocating (purchasing and selling) experience.

    Joe sold our house and got us into the house we wanted without having to rent. In this crazy market we thought we would have to over pay for the house we wanted but Joe gives solid advice and we did not over pay for our dream house.
