He always answers the phone! He also actively works to help me come up with solutions to problems, and Joe is just so nice. He makes me want to send him more loans.

Joe always answered my calls even when he knew I had a question and he didn’t have the answer yet. He did not avoid me until he could tell me what I wanted to hear. I appreciated that. Joe will continue to be my first call.

Everything was smooth and quick. Joe was able to answer a question about my client having been laid off in the process and re-hired for a new job right away.
