Joseph helped me a lot throughout the process. There were times when I felt overwhelmed with all of the documents I was asked to send, but Joseph broke it down for me & made it easier for me.

The experience was pretty stressful, not because of NAF but because of certain situations that arise with the home buying process, Joseph and Gina the processor were absolutely amazing to work with. Very responsive and got me through the process...
