Easy. The app is great in theory, but also verrrry buggy. I often had to use the website on a computer or get things uploaded.

John gave great information that helped us select the right kind of loan. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. He was able anticipate potential snags ahead of time so that were to address the before they became issues.
