They allowed us to get a conventional loan with no credit.
Communication
I was kept up to date and notified when things were ready to sign and when docs were needed.
Would make my experience so great. Is that Churchill took a chance on me when everybody else did. And at the end of the day I ended up with a new home.
Excellent communication and help on any errors.

Wasn’t being kept informed at all
Didn’t close on time
Didn’t even know I was paying for points till at closing

Easy communication and very understanding and helpful with my unque situation.
My husband was impressed with the level of communication. Even when things didn't go quite right you stepped in to get things done and made it go smoothly.
