Great communication all around, especially since we are on opposite ends of the country.
Very pleasant to have worked with Jim and Laurie. Very knowledgeable and was able to assist us with our loan from across country. The process was easy and fast and would be using them again to refinance in the future.

Actually we worked with Jim through our local Synergy One lender because of the type of loan (rehab). We would likely stay with our local contact, Mary Tillery.
