Great family atmosphere, SR Management are very friendly and easy to approach. You feel like you are part of a team, and that helps you feel comfortable in your job and that you have job security.

I'm spending all my time working through operations issues. Management wants to improve, which is great, but I don't get paid to spend hours working through all the problems. I get paid originating, instead I spend all my day fixing problems...
