Jen took the time to fully explain my loan options. Most loan officers are only concerned with closing loans. Jen was more concerned about closing a loan that was right for my situation.

If it wasn’t for Jen we Probley would have a house. Her and our realtor were amazing!! Helped me anytime I had a question no matter what time it was, worked with us when we had difficulties (which was a lot!) and didn’t make us feel stupid...
