Quick painless easy process. To be able to close in almost 20 days even with the holidays was impressive and will definitely be recommending to friends and family
Many duplicate requests from what I assume were different people for information that was already supplied and requests for apparently unneeded info and documents. Confusing.
Communication was consistent in the early phase of the loan but later in the process I felt like I was left in the dark with only my own guidance. Being a first time home buyer, things were stressful and I wish I had the reassurance from my
