Jason and Carrie were very quick to respond to questions and generally great with communication. We did have a bit of a mix-up with our wire which could have been avoided if we had asked the right questions, but it all worked out in the end....

Waited until Friday afternoon before closing on Monday to give us closing information. Repeatedly asked for documents we already sent. Had to take off work at the last minute. They should have let us know at least days before what was happening....
